Bright Oxygen Acetylene Hose Reels are ideal solution for managing bulky twin line welding hose, increase safety in the work area with full flow shaft swivels. 

 The welding hose reels have a large frame to accommodate longer lengths of welding hose and increased stability during operation, less vibration and greater structural integrity. Welding hose reels are design with full flow shaft swivels to improve safety in the welding work area with an increase in productivity and efficiency.

Carbon Steel latch parts are available as a standard option. All of our products can be customized with stainless steel. We also accept non-standard customization.

Features

 Dual pedestal, heavy duty Reel frame, spool and drum are fabricated of heavy gauge steel.

 Full flow Brass shaft swivels. Double-sealed, "O" rings prevent leakage.

 Anti-lockout design Ratchet prevents lockup when hose is fully extended, eliminating the need to manually release the pawl at the reel.

 Superior performance Swivel and reel ball bearings reduce torque load on power spring for smooth retraction and durability.

 Corrosion resistant: Sealed bearings prevent contamination and minimize maintenance.

 Easy installation and maintenance  

 Adjustable and Versatile Guide arm adjust to wall, floor, vehicle, overhead positions. Narrow design allows for maximum use of available space.
